Do you need a visa to enter Finland?
If you have an european passport that says "European Community" or "European Union" on the cover you do not need a visa. Finland honours the Schengen-agreement (wikipedia explanation), which lists the visa requirements for various countries.
Listed here are some countries and their visa requirements. These lists are not complete. They may be wrong. Check with someone official before assuming that you may enter without a visa!

You can receive an official invitation to help with the visa procedures. Such invitation can be requested from debconf5-visa. Do request this invitation in time, as we need to send it to you, and the visa procedures themselves probably take time as well.
